Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and sanitary reasons we currently do not accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. Our shipping department checks every product and carefully packs every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please email and be ready to provide us with photo evidence to support the issue.


Once we receive your order it begins processing immediately, therefore we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.

The Ice Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order that may seem fraudulent or suspicious. To avoid running the risk of your order being canceled, please ensure your shipping and billing address match. 

Lost / Stolen or Damaged Packages

Once an order is shipped we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages damaged in transit. Should you experience any of these issues please file a claim with the postal provider.
